After the meet & greet we agree a payment rhythm together. Invoices are simple to pay via bank transfer or Tikkie — easy and hassle-free.
Yes, we're happy to pause your plan by arrangement — for example during your holiday. Please let us know at least a week in advance.
You can cancel or reschedule boarding and daycare free of charge up to 7 days before the stay. If that's not possible, we'll always work something out with you. Walk subscriptions can be cancelled monthly.
